Service terms

The basis for a Klioc service purchase.

Your service contract

A purchase covers the accepted offer version, package, quantities, extras, required inputs, deliverables, exclusions and acceptance checks saved with the request. The service is provided directly by Klioc. The catalog is not a marketplace contract with an independent seller.

Prices and payment

Package prices are in US dollars unless another currency is explicitly shown. Purchases are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions. The server determines the accepted package total. Stripe displays any applicable tax and the amount payable before you confirm payment. Work begins only after confirmed payment and complete requirements.

Your materials and authorization

You must have the rights and permission to supply the brief, data, files and application access. Do not submit credentials in text fields or chat. Use the approved secure connection or invitation when account access is needed. Requests outside a provider’s permissions or the accepted scope may require a revised agreement or may be declined.

Delivery and limitations

The service supplies the listed files or bounded work, not a guaranteed ranking, revenue increase, legal outcome, job offer or other business result. AI-assisted tools may be used within supervised delivery. Review the files for your intended use before publishing, deploying or relying on them. Third-party licenses and supplied assets retain their own terms.

Corrections, cancellations and refunds

The package’s correction allowance and acceptance criteria apply. Our delivery, cancellation and refund policy explains the process. Contact support if the delivered work does not meet the accepted scope. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
