How Klioc handles request and payment information.

Information we use

We process the brief, files and other inputs you submit; account or guest-session information; request history; delivery files; payment status and transaction identifiers; and security or operational logs. Provide only information you are authorized to share and that the selected service needs.

Why we use it

We use this information to evaluate scope, prepare and deliver the service, provide support, prevent misuse, reconcile payments and maintain required business records. Request content may be processed by the AI and tool providers needed for the agreed delivery. Application access is limited by the connection and permission flow you authorize.

Payments and connections

Stripe hosts payment entry and processes payment details under its privacy policy. Klioc stores transaction references and payment status rather than full card numbers. Composio or an application’s authorized connection flow may be used for supported account access. Never paste a password or secret key into a request.

Sessions and storage

Essential session cookies keep private requests associated with the requesting account or browser. Account sessions can last up to 30 days; guest sessions can last up to 180 days. Uploaded files and request records are stored privately. Operational access is restricted to what is needed to run and deliver the service.

Retention and requests

We retain request and payment records while needed for delivery, support, security and business recordkeeping. You may ask for access, correction or deletion through support. Some records may need to remain for accounting, dispute handling or other applicable obligations. Removing a connection prevents future authorized use of that connection; it does not erase an already accepted request or its records automatically.
